And of COURSE it looks like Carlsbad - it's the same process, in a way - except one takes minerals and time and doesn't melt when spring comes. It really is otherworldly, and there's kinetic energy there - you have to expect it to move, somehow, because there is so much movement in the lines that make it up. But I don't want to go there because it's cold. And I'm done with cold. DONE.
