We love a good campfire, and having fires on the beach is always fun! The light was so pretty on this particular night.

Junie dropped her hot dog in the sand while she was roasting it. We told her to go wash it off in the ocean, which she did enthusiastically. Good as new!
Curious about the fire
We burned our paper plates in the fire, which made it flame up big and bright, and Goldie was SO HAPPY about it. Every time the flames got big she would laugh and involuntarily clap her hands with the joy of it. It was maybe the cutest thing I've ever seen.
Such a gorgeous night. The tiny crescent moon was watching over us!
