We hope you have a wonderful day with those you love!
(We'd be enjoying a delightful evening in our Twuggee, if we hadn't given it away as a Romantic Gift.)
Children's voices in the orchard
Between the blossom- and the fruit-time:
Golden head, crimson head,
Between the green tip and the root.
Black wing, brown wing, hover over;
Twenty years and the spring is over;
To-day grieves, to-morrow grieves,
Cover me over, light-in-leaves;
Golden head, black wing,
Cling, swing,
Spring, sing,
Swing up into the apple-tree.

Wow. You really bought two of those. You MUST be in love.
ReplyDeleteThat was HANDS DOWN the best gift of the night!
ReplyDeleteLove it.
ReplyDeleteK: Not bought, MADE. That's right. Oh yeah, and it's not two, it's one blanket with four arms. ie. The Twuggee
ReplyDeleteMarilyn and Sam, its the best thing I've ever seen. IN MY LIFE. The planning and skill. The artistry. The photo. The goblets. The look of pure enjoyment on your faces. And, the name: Twuggee. Tia's right. It was HANDS DOWN the best gift of the night. She wasn't just saying that because she loves Snuggees and wears one every day. She was saying it because it's true.
ReplyDeleteYou two are nuts.
ReplyDeleteI felt badly all weekend just insinuating that you brought a sub-standard gift. And then, oh how I wished we'd gotten it, after all. lesson learned.
ReplyDeletelesson learned.
I totally think you should market this. You know the snuggee made the guy a millionaire, people would so buy this too.
