We're back from our quick trip to California, where we stayed with my brother Philip and his wife Allison. Here are some pictures from our time at Disneyland:
Lovely weather---we were so lucky!
Lovely weather---we were so lucky!
Children's voices in the orchard
Between the blossom- and the fruit-time:
Golden head, crimson head,
Between the green tip and the root.
Black wing, brown wing, hover over;
Twenty years and the spring is over;
To-day grieves, to-morrow grieves,
Cover me over, light-in-leaves;
Golden head, black wing,
Cling, swing,
Spring, sing,
Swing up into the apple-tree.

I think that's the monkey from the Lion King.
ReplyDeleteIsn't Disneyland fun? We had so much fun when we took Max last summer. Seems like preschool aged kids are a perfect age for it--although older kids love it to--we always did!
Yep it is Rafiki (don't know anything abbout the spelling) from the Lion King "Correction, I know you father"
ReplyDeleteThanks for the fun pictures, I always enjoy hearing stories about the kids.
And you didn't take me!!!! I'm so jealous and happy for you guys. How fun!
